I started working with Nexus Therapy during my clinical fellowship year. I was given support through the placement process and additional support was readily available when I had questions and to talk me through the different steps, be it through quick email exchanges or a video call so I could see something live. That is still true now that I have my CCCs, but I’m also given room to exercise my own professional expertise, trusted to ask questions when I need to, and otherwise given the chance to manage my students as works best for me. I can’t argue with the pay and there are also professional development opportunities specifically connected to the caseload I serve. All in all, a great experience.
