Hello, I’m Tony, the Founder of Nexus Therapy.

Hi, I’m Tony Thompson, MS, CCC-SLP—Founder of Nexus Therapy, now proudly part of American Medical Staffing.

As a speech-language pathologist, I’ve always been driven by a passion for helping others communicate and connect. After earning my BA from Ball State University in 2000 and my MS from the University of Oregon in 2008, I’ve had the privilege of working with preschoolers to high schoolers in public schools, adults in hospital settings, and graduate students in university clinics. I founded Nexus Therapy to bridge the gap between exceptional school professionals and the school districts that need them.

Today, as part of American Medical Staffing, we bring the heart of a local partner and the reach of a national organization—delivering personalized support, flexible solutions, and a deep understanding of school-based needs.

Based in Bellingham, Washington, I continue to stand by the five values that guide our work:
